An administrative fee of $50.00 will be billed to the patient’s account if a patient did not attend an appointment without cancelling it 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Work Cover/Work Compensation related “no show” appointment will be billed on your personal account and NOT thru insurance company.

Please advise our receptionist who you would prefer to see for consultations.

Appointments for consultations are preferred and we will make every effort to allocate with your preferred time and doctor. Walk-in patients will be fitted in around appointments according to the urgency of the problem.

Standard appointments are of 15 minutes duration, longer consultation times are available. Please let us know if you require extra time when making an appointment.

Longer appointments are required for:

– New patients

– Pap Smears

– Immunisations

– Excisions

Our Doctors aim to run on time and your punctual attendance will assist this.

At times however, we may be running behind schedule and our reception staff will do all possible to advise you of this prior to your appointment.
